Update on Second Cersei Dress

I decided to make a belt to give the dress a different look. Quite happy with how it turned out!

Colourful Vests

These vests were made to order for a local wedding. The bride asked that the second button on each vest be the colour of the vest. All the other vest buttons were black. She chose the brocades from the stash of Chinese brocades I have on hand.

Cersei Inspired Gown #2

Another dress inspired by Cersei from Game of Thrones. Made of a silky cotton blend, in teal blue, it has contrasting sleeve lining and front godet. Same colour but a different pattern. Faux front fastening, embroidered Lannister Lion Rampant on side panels. This was fun to make, and one of my costumes for Tsukino-con 2016, in February in Victoria.

Man's Pirate Jacket

This jacket is inspired by the one Johnny Depp wears in Pirates of the Caribbean. It is a custom item available in your choice of fabric. Total cost depends on fabrics used. The jacket is not lined, and has three godets; one in the back, and one on either side, which gives it appropriate pirate 'swishyness.' It is trimmed with silver braid and buttons, and has contrasting cuffs. The coat does not do up $350.

This one is spoken for, but gives an idea of what the finished jacket looks like.
